SeaPort-e, the Navy’s electronic platform, was established to provide an efficient, effective means of acquiring and managing support services in 22 functional areas. This contract vehicle is utilized by the Navy Systems Commands (NAVSEA, NAVAIR, SPAWAR, NAVFAC, and NAVSUP); the Office of Naval Research; the United States Marine Corps; and the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA). It allows these organizations to solicit offers from SeaPort-e IDIQ multiple-award contract holders to meet their increasing service requirements.

  • 3.12 information system (IS) development, information assurance (IA), and information technology (IT) support
  • 3.14 interoperability, test and evaluation, and trials support
  • 3.18 training support

CLOUDBURST SECURITY’S QUALITY ASSURANCE (QA) PROGRAM

 

Cloudburst Security employs a formal quality control (QC)/QA methodology for all deliverables. Our QC/QA inspection system involves the structured review and audit of all deliverables and processes, in order to ensure the most efficient use of time and resources. All deliverable and process audits are executed according to documented procedures, which are from Cloudburst Security’s standard QC/QA procedures and tailored to each client. These procedures utilize specific audit checklists designed to ensure that our work complies with all applicable plans, requirements, and standards–of both our organization and that of our clients.

Cloudburst Security’s quality-assurance program and processes provide a proactive approach to maintaining high-quality deliverables, ensuring on-time delivery and that all acceptable performance levels (APLs) are met. Our program manager and team leads monitor your organization’s deliverability status on a daily basis. Additionally, the program manager meets weekly with our engagement manager to discuss statuses and any issues with deliverables.
